2. Website provision and hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data, such as the requested file, time of access, browser and operating-system information, referrer and IP-address information. This processing supports website delivery, security and troubleshooting. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure and reliable operation.
According to IONOS, access logs for the web hosting contract used here are retained for a maximum of eight weeks. IP addresses are generally anonymised in the logs provided; requests made through proxies may contain additional IP-address information.
3. Cookies and external content
The website code we provide uses no cookies, analytics or advertising scripts, or browser storage. Images and font styling are provided locally. No external font, map, video or social-media services are embedded. The hosting provider processes technical access data as described above.
4. Contact by email
The enquiry buttons open the email application on your device. The website itself does not send a message. When you email us, we process your email address, message, contact details you provide and any attached sketches or drawings to handle your enquiry. For enquiries relating to a potential contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our interest in responding to enquiries.
Messages are processed through the IONOS email mailbox. Please only send information and files that we need for your project. Manufacturing partners receive project data only as part of a specifically agreed manufacturing order and to the extent necessary to carry it out.
5. Retention periods
Contact details and enquiries are deleted when their purpose no longer applies and there are no statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests requiring further storage. Business and contractual records are retained in accordance with the applicable statutory periods.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, subject to its conditions. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent with effect for the future.
Right to object: Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). Please contact us using the address above.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner.
